Your statutory rights
You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it wasn't faulty when you got it. Not the other way round.
If we say no to your claim and you disagree, you can take it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). It is free for you, and we will follow their recommendation.

Try it before it goes to work
When it arrives, squat down in it before you wear it to work. That is the test that matters, and doing it doesn't affect your right to return.

- Work Shirt Basic (B-01) — 150° overhead, 4 cm back movement.
- Shirt hem cut short enough that it does not bunch under the wide waistband.
