Women’s workwear / organised by movement
Cut for the movements the job actually needs, and measured while doing them. We don’t ask what you do for a living. We ask which movements you repeat, then publish what each garment gives you when you make them.
What the four frames below are
One wearer. One pair of trousers and one shirt. Four movements, photographed while they happened, each with the figure it produced. Most workwear is shown lying flat or standing still, which tells you nothing about what it lets you do.
Measured on a 165 cm wearer in size 38. Yours will differ.
Figures measured in wear / not calculated from the pattern

The measurement nobody publishes
When a men’s pattern is scaled down to fit a shorter body, the pockets scale with it — which sounds reasonable until you try to use one. Arm length does not shrink at the same rate as leg length, so a proportionally scaled thigh pocket ends up below the point a shorter arm can comfortably reach.
Pocket positions are set for a 165 cm frame. Scaled-down men's patterns put them where a shorter arm can't reach.
So we publish the number: for every garment with pockets, the distance from the waistline down to the centre of each pocket opening, and how deep it is.
measured from the waistline, not the hem

Scaled down vs cut for 165 cm
Same garment, same size. The pocket centre moves 6 cm.

When the answer is “not from us”
If your work needs certified protective equipment — fall protection, flame resistance, certified conspicuity garments — that is not something we sell, and it is not something you should buy from a general clothing shop. Your employer is responsible for providing certified equipment.
Ten pieces or more
Kitting out a team is mostly a sizing problem, not a purchasing one. Tell us the size spread, the height spread, which movements the work involves and the quantity, and we will come back with what we would put on that list and what we would not.
We supply workwear only. If your team needs certified protective equipment, that must come from a certified PPE supplier, and the employer is responsible for providing it.

The gusset is the whole difference between these two trousers. We would rather show you the 6 cm than describe it.
