Shipping and returns

• Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more to every destination above. The threshold is applied before any discount code.
• Times are from dispatch, and exclude customs handling. We dispatch within two working days.
• All amounts are in US dollars, in line with the rest of the site.

Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duty, local VAT or a handling fee in the destination country. Those are set by that country, are payable by you, and are not collected by us. We declare the true value and contents on every consignment.

We cannot ship where the carrier does not deliver, or where applicable export restrictions or sanctions prevent it. If your country does not appear in the checkout list, that is the reason. Nothing we sell is a restricted good in itself — it is ordinary textile clothing.

1. Email support@operosesweden.cfd with your order reference within the 14 days.
2. We send you the return address and a return reference within one working day.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
4. We refund within 14 days of your notice, including the standard outbound shipping you paid. Return shipping is at your cost, at the rate in the table above.

We do not run a separate exchange process, because it usually slows things down. Withdraw from the first purchase and place a new order for the size you want — the refund and the new order run in parallel rather than in sequence. If the reason for the swap is that the garment did not match its published measurements, that is a fault, and section 5 applies instead.

If a parcel does not arrive within ten working days of the upper end of its window, or arrives damaged, tell us. We chase the carrier and send a replacement or refund. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
