Motion Fit collects nothing
It runs in your browser and stops there
Our Motion Fit tool asks three questions: which movement you repeat, whether you carry tools, and your height band. Those answers are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to us, not written to a database and not used for profiling or targeted advertising.
If you choose to send us your answers yourself — by pasting them into the contact form, for example — we keep that message under the retention period for contact messages above, and in no case longer than 180 days if it contains nothing else.
3
What we deliberately do not collect
There is no field anywhere in this site, and no column anywhere in our records, for any of the following:
- Your employer or the name of the site you work at
- Your workplace or its location
- Your industry, trade or job title
- Any hazard, exposure or protective requirement of your work
- Any health information, diagnosis, condition or disability
- Body measurements beyond the height band you optionally give to Motion Fit
Your height band is used for one purpose only — working out where the pockets will land — and, as set out above, it never reaches us in the first place.

Who else sees your data
- Hosting. This site is hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf.
- Payment. Payment is handled by the payment service provider the operator has configured. That provider is a controller in its own right for the payment data you give it. We never see or store card details.
- Delivery. Your name, address and phone number go to the carrier so they can deliver the parcel.
- Email. Transactional and, if you asked for it, marketing email is sent through an email service provider acting on our instructions.
Each of these acts under a written data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Where a processor operates outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered either by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Commission’s standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where those are needed. Write to us if you would like to know which mechanism applies to a particular processor.
6
Your rights
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correction of anything inaccurate
- Erasure — deletion, where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it
- Restriction — a pause on processing while something is disputed
- Portability — your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — to processing we base on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting what happened before
Write to support@operosesweden.cfd. We answer within one month, and we do not charge for it.

Complaining to the supervisory authority
You can complain to IMY
If you think we are handling your personal data wrongly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority: Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, Sweden — imy.se. You can complain to IMY whether or not you have raised it with us first, though we would rather you told us too.
8
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Access to order records is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and answer enquiries. We do not store card data at any point.
9
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Between 13 and 17, use requires the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we hold data about a child, write to us and we will delete it.

Cookies
Cookies are covered separately on the Cookies page.
